EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

The Isabela Capeto team offers our customers quality products, seeking partnerships with the best suppliers in the various categories we sell. However, it may not meet your expectations for some reason, such as dissatisfaction or a manufacturing defect.

To guarantee satisfaction and maintain transparency and respect for our customers, we have created our exchange and return policy based on the Consumer Protection Code.

The occurrences involving exchange or return must be communicated by email katia@isabelacapeto.com.br. Product returned without such communication, out of time or with no items / accessories accompanying it, will be resent without prior consultation.

It is important that you always check your goods upon delivery by the carrier.

In any of the cases below, refuse the product:

  • Open or damaged packaging;
  • Defective product;
  • Product in disagreement with the order;
  • Lack of accessories.

We emphasize that:

  • The deadline for withdrawing from the purchase of the product is up to seven calendar days from the date of receipt;
  • The product must be sent in the original packaging, without any indication of use, without violation of the original seal of the manufacturer, accompanied by an invoice, manual and all its accessories;
  • If the product purchased at our store is defective after seven days, counting from the date of receipt, but within the manufacturer's warranty period, you can contact us by email katia@isabelacapeto.com.br;
  • The contractual warranty is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer and its term and form of use are set out in the Warranty Term accompanying the product;
  • It is essential that you place the RECEIPT (original or copy) inside the box;
  • All products received at our Distribution Center are analyzed for verification of the defect reported by the customer. They will be sent back to the customer whenever no defect is found or if one of the conditions described has been breached;
  • The deadline for completing the merchandise exchange request communicated to our Call Center is 30 (thirty) consecutive days, counted from the date of receipt of the merchandise at our Distribution Center;
  • The refund will be made in the total value of the product returned / canceled, adding the value of the freight;
  • We reserve the right not to comply with the obligation to cancel or repair any product that clearly shows signs of misuse;
  • We refund the amounts paid using the same form of payment chosen in the purchase process.

*The first exchange is made by Isabela Capeto. In the event of a second exchange, Isabela Capeto reserves the right to collect the delivery cost.
